What CAS do I get from this?

First time training at Fresh
-My first time training at fresh fitness Sandefjord, I took a group class with my classmate Marte. We took a class called body balance. It was fun and challenged my balancing abilities while claming me down at the same time.

A week friday with Marte (13.01.19)
-Since our one only class on Fridays A weeks was moved, Me and Marte planned to train early in the morning at Fresh every A week Friday mornings. It was nice and quiet and a very refreshing way to start the day. It was also very nice to have a training partner so we could encourage each other and help each other through the training.
A week friday with Marte (25.01.19)
-This time I challenged myself to run for a longer time on the treadmill, which I did. I run about 6 field laps worth of distance. Later I weight lifted and this time too I challenged myself to add more weight on the pole. In conclusion, I challenged myself and had fun doing it at the same time with someone that motivated me. We wrapped up with some relaxing yoga and called it a day.

Was on a trip to the UK to visit universities but compensated the missed training with a lot of walking.

Was not able to go to the centre so I took the stares up and down and did my own training at home.

This day I spent with my mom, and therefore I also started with having a nice walk with her.

Due to it being the national day, we were not able to go to fresh.

Trained at home (mostly running up and down the stairs).
