Experience: IB school presentation

Going to Bugården ungdomskole and Ranvik ungdomskole

-Shawn asked me if I wanted to tag along and represent IB and present it to 10th graders in two different junior high schools. I said yes and together with Nadine we went to those junior high schools and presented IB with Shawn. One of the junior high schools was the one that I went to before SVGS and I was once in their shoes where I sat and heard about IB from the previous IB students that did the same with Shawn. Being back to my own junior high school and talking to the teachers in a tone where instead of student and teacher, we talked normally, was weird but empowering at the same time. This was a very unique experience that I am happy to share with all the future Ib students that promised me to choose IB.

Going to Tjodalyng school (23.01.19)

-This time Astrid asked me to join her together with Aslak. But since Aslak did not have the opportunity i asked my other classmate, Marte, if she wanted to present IB with me, which she said yes to. This time I really saw the benefit of having presented IB both at school for visitors and at schools. I was more confident and ready to answer. Again, it was weird to be the one presenting when I was just at their seat listening to the same presentation when I was a 10th grader. And I hope that they will be standing in my shoes in the future, presenting IB, and feeling this wonderful feeling of presenting something you grew to really love.
